I had experienced chronic stiffness in my calves and painful charley-horses for some time, limiting my effectiveness at work. I decided to test Mike’s new foot roller for seven days consecutively, believing that nothing would help me. I was wrong! During the seven days, I was increasingly more mobile, working became easier, and the charley-horses stopped!

Lately my plantar fasciitis has been unbearable - it hurts to stand, hurts to walk. I've bought all the "right" shoes, which helped a lot, but every once in a while, I wear shoes I shouldn't and pay the price. The foot roller is great when the pain is bad - I use it and immediately it breaks up whatever is going on and it is instant relief. Once or twice a day makes things much better while healing. While it would be great to be able to rest and do less, I have a 4 year old to keep up with. :)
If you have hands, you need one of these
I was fortunate enough to discover this locally so had the chance to try it before I bought it. I instantly felt a difference in my hands and was surprised how soothing it was. I am a needleworker and gardeners, and also spend too much time at a computer keyboard, I have noticed how stiff and sore my fingers, thumb, and wrist become. I love the fact that this roller travels well. The best part for me is the probe because I can reach into specific areas that are affecting me.
Great tools for help concentrating as well. Rolling back and forth is soothing.
