from 21 reviewsThis is the first thing that ever helped the top of my foot I have a bone spur on top of it and my toes became very stiff after using this just one time I felt such a great relief now I use it on a regular basis the best time for me to use it is in the morning an hour before I go to work and about 2 hours before I go to bed this is a very first time I have ever gotten relief that I truly need thank you Mike
While recovering from double back surgery I was introduced to these wonderful products.
I Found relief from a distressing bladder complication. Working g specific areas with these products helped get everything working again.
Thanks for Great products.
I recently purchased a stack of these to gift to my clients. I love them and so do they. Very lightweight and versatile. They are extremely effective at getting into those small points on the hands.
LOVE IT: This double roller stand makes self-reflexology effortless and fun. The adjustability and the ease of use is impressive. Being able to customize as needed for bottom or top of foot is a huge bonus and allows me to pinpoint various pressure points. Such a treat for tired feet at the end of the day. I really appreciate the sturdy design and the handcrafted wood elements. The rollers are very smooth.
I love the Simply Reflex Stationary Roller! It’s super easy to use and stays in place, so I can target tight muscles without the usual fuss. It’s compact, lightweight, and works like a charm for recovery and flexibility. Totally worth it—highly recommend!
I herniated a disk 6 months ago and mostly have it under control.
Yesterday morning I woke up with so much pain I could hardly get out of bed.
I hoped your box was at the Post Office. I used the tool all over my left foot and lower leg last night while on my bed watching a movie because that was my only comfortable place.
This morning I was so much improved. When touching my back I still feel tender, but I am able to move with very little pain. I used the easy reach again this morning.
I love it that I don't have to bend over to do reflex work on my feet. Amazing !!
I have neuropathy in my feet and that tool has helped me >> >> tremendously.
I have neuromas on both feet and because of that I am limited on the
time and distance I can spend on my feet. I got a foot massager and
have only used it for a few weeks and find that I can now walk a
further distance and spend longer on my feet without as much pain as
I had before using it. It is hard to believe that something like this
can do what pain killers could not do. It only takes a few minutes a
day to accomplish this.
As a artist for the Walt Disney Company, I'm constantly gripping pencils hours at a time. Over time, the work has taken a toll on my hands. Using the hand roller at my desk every morning or anytime I need some "relief", it has definitely helped my performance! My grip is much more relaxed which has improved the quality of my work!
I have used a lot of different foot rollers in the past and this is the only on that hits all the spots I need worked on.
Lately my plantar fasciitis has been unbearable - it hurts to stand, hurts to walk. I've bought all the "right" shoes, which helped a lot, but every once in a while, I wear shoes I shouldn't and pay the price. The foot roller is great when the pain is bad - I use it and immediately it breaks up whatever is going on and it is instant relief. Once or twice a day makes things much better while healing. While it would be great to be able to rest and do less, I have a 4 year old to keep up with. :)
If you have hands, you need one of these
I was fortunate enough to discover this locally so had the chance to try it before I bought it. I instantly felt a difference in my hands and was surprised how soothing it was. I am a needleworker and gardeners, and also spend too much time at a computer keyboard, I have noticed how stiff and sore my fingers, thumb, and wrist become. I have tried braces, therapy balls, creams, and nothing worked as well as using this for just a minute or so when I’m stitching or gardening. I have shared this with friends and family members who are knitters, gardeners, Stitcher’s, or office workers and every one of them loved it. I just ordered 5 more for Christmas gifts. The workmanship in the piece is equally high quality - the satin smooth finishes on the beautiful woods highlight the pattern of the grains. Truly a unique and effective design.
Great on the go tool
I love the fact that this roller travels well. The best part for me is the probe because I can reach into specific areas that are affecting me.
Great tools for help concentrating as well. Rolling back and forth is soothing.
I use it on my feet all the time when watching tv at night. and makes an interesting conversation point when we have people over.
I have both a hand and foot roller. After a long days of walking or hiking I frequently get pain across the top of my foot or aches in my knees. I use the foot roller for several minutes on the bottom of my feet and the next day, I am pain free. I also knit quite a bit which tenses up my hands and my shoulder. I use the hand roller across the tops and bottom of my hands as well as rubbing it into my shoulder and the next day, I feel so much better. My husband has an old knee injury and after lots of walking his is pretty sore. He uses the foot roller on the bottom and tops of his feet and feels much revived the next day. He also uses it on his hands when he has spent a lot of time on his keyboard which helps loosen up his joints . I like that it's so portable you can pop it in your purse or your pocket, keep it handy in your car if you will be going on a long hike, etc.
